OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Benham, a Haskell Company, is proud to announce and welcome Gary Horan, P.E., as Regional Engineering Manager | Civil Infrastructure in the Oklahoma City office. Before joining Benham, Gary’s 23 years of experience included 12 years serving as president of his own company, a full-service professional civil engineering and land surveying company. Gary holds a bachelor's and master's of science in civil engineering from Oklahoma State University and is a licensed professional engineer in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas. At Benham, Gary will be responsible for leading local and state civil engineering, project management and business development efforts.
